In most cases, estimates are free. Larger projects that involve multiple phases or require consultations with specialists such as landscape architects or engineers may include a consultation fee. We select plants based on factors such as soil conditions, sunlight, drainage, and the overall style of your property. Just because a plant is available at a landscape supplier does not mean it performs well in Tennessee. There is a difference between a plant simply surviving and one that truly thrives through all four seasons. Our experience allows us to recommend plants that will perform well long-term, and we work with several suppliers who offer specialty cultivars suited for different areas of your yard.
-
That depends on the type of landscape you want. We also offer biannual check-ins for seasonal maintenance of shrubs and ornamental trees.
-
Yes, we offer stump removal as part of our tree and property services. Removing stumps helps improve the appearance of your yard and prevents future issues with pests or regrowth.
-
Pricing depends on the size of the area, site conditions, accessibility, plant selection, and the labor required. After evaluating the property, we provide a clear estimate and tentative timeline.
-
Typically, no. We want you to be fully satisfied with our work before requesting payment. The exception is for larger projects that involve multiple phases, subcontractors, or consultations with specialists. If a deposit is required, it will be clearly outlined in the estimate along with the project requirements moving forward.
-
We accept several convenient payment options, including cash, check, and electronic payments. Cash and check are generally preferred. Some electronic payment providers charge service fees, which may be passed along to the customer.
